Reuction PM w/Pre-Bedtime Meal

I usually take in some Cottage Cheese w/Protein powder, Natty PB prior to bed. How would you incorporate Reduction PM? After last meal? Before, etc.?

Not sure if this meal would hinder the active ingredients in Reduction PM

have the meal 45 minutes before the reduction pm, or it may hinder your appetite for it.

schnap.. ive been taking reduction and powerfull than waiting 20-30minutes and drinking my prebed shake.. all is lost.

i'm always hungry... i wake up everyday and i feel like i havent eaten for months. ... if i really think about it, alot of the reason my girl and I are such home bodies is prolly because i eat too much to go out for extended periods of time..

usually im not real hungry for the pm shake, cos i have late dinner or snack(s), i just drink it cos i know its good for me

negative -- it would be prime if you sold like mini packages of it -- a handful of servings . every now and then it woul dbe clutch (seafood buffet on vacation etc)
