  • what way should these combos be used?

    If i were to use:

    WF
    GG
    GM
    PW

    1. how should I be mixing them up and when should they be taken?
    2. Should i be using GG while using WF?

    I'd generally cycle between the GG / WF. If you have lemonade GM I'd mix the GM and WF together pre-gym and then mix the PW separately for during training (PLENTY of water with it).

      thx u for the prompt reply..so it wouldn't be worth using WF and GG at the same time? bit of a waste?

          I had it today and found that my arms felt very 'bloated' As in I couldn't lift lots as my arms seemed very heavyish...
