I'm currently using PW as an intra sip workout drink.
I get up at 545am and hit the him at about 615am
I have a cup of oats w/ handful of berries once I'm up and start sipping on my PW.
I want to hit the gym a bit harder and was thinking about having WF with GG while eating my oats.
When I hit the gym have the PW and GM intra sip workout.
Is this a good mix? to much? not what I should be doing?
My main goal is to stay lean, build muscle without being some massive dude.
I want to loose a bit of BF (not much, only like 1-2% - currently @ 10). I'm eating right with 6-8 small meals a day with good source of carbs and protein (horleys ice whey)
I'm about 5'9 @ 71-72KG (156-158lbs).
