I have been taking orange traid for awhile and love it. I just ordered WF(powder),GB, and reduction a week ago. I previous was taking Lipo-6 and Prima force CLA. I started working out in July @ 225lbs and I am at 188lbs now. I would like to lose a little more weight, but I have been lifting alot more lately. I havent any noticed any difference taking the WF(powder) and was wondering should I try the tablets or just switch to the PW. I would like to keep my supplements around 100-125 a month.
