Okay so my friend wants to know if he can take gm and gg first thing in the morning before going to PT for ROTC. If so what servin size and how long before workin out?
Can he take it after PT (cardio: running , pushups, etc.)

If he is lifting weights should he
1. take it before weights? (serving size?)
2. during weights intra (serving size?)
3. after weights (serving size?)
I was thinkin maybe one scoop pre, one scoop intra, one scoop post?
Up to how many servings can he take it too? Like is it okay to take it after Cardio and Weights in the same day? thanks
