    Alright here it is another log by yours truely. Lets see this log will run a little over a month and be followed by my first true cutting cycle. I really picked this stack for a few reason. 1) I love the results from Purple Wraath and Glycergrow 2) Other logs and 3) The reviews from other logs all had one thing in common lean muscle gains with a drop in BF which is perfect for me especially going into a cutting phase.

    Goal:
    My goal on this stack will to be to add as much lean muscle in the before cutting. Along the way I am also hoping to kill some PR's squat and deadlifts over 500lb's of course with ddwags motivational skills .
    History:
    Well lets see I was pretty active in sports in highschool especially soccer until my senior year when my knee decided to turn about 45 degrees the wrong way. I had to have my knee operated on go through all the great times in physical therapy. Well, college started soon after that and I got very lazy and only worked out doing beer curls for the next 4 years. Its wierd how one day you wake up and say damn when did I get so fat. Well around the age of 24 I weighed around 280. Well thats over 100lbs of fat that I put on. So I started going to the gym and hated every minute of it maybe because I realized how much weight I gained.Then one day after hitting a new best in the gym I realized that I now enjoyed actually loved lifting. I actually go to bed at night thinking about my next workout. Crazy I went from an unmotivated couch potato to a guy that can't wait til his next workout. Well I am 29 down to 230 and my frame is now starting to fill out with muscle not fat. I want to add quality lean mass to my frame. Over the last year and a half I started seeing some good gains in muscle while still dropping pounds and bodyfat. I am hoping this stack over the next 45 days well help get me a little closer to my goals.

    I will be posting results in the gym and also how I feel throught the day and any other changes from the norm over the next 30 + days. Today will be my first workout using this stack so by tonight I will have my first evaulation of the products althought today will be the first day of the stack I will report and changes from my last workout.

    [Diet
    My diet will be as clean as possible. I travel alot with my job so I have found ways despite living in hotels to eat clean and make smart choices. Even fast food places have healthy choices just have to make the right choices. I usually go to resturant web sites to see nutritional values.

    Cardio
    3-4 20 min sessions at different times then lifting

    Split
    Monday
    Chest and Abs
    Tuesday
    Back + Cardio in the morning
    Wedsday
    Cardio + Abs
    Thursday
    Shoulders + Traps
    Basketball Game (cardio)
    Friday
    Arms
    Saturday
    Cardio + Abs
    Sunday
    Legs

    Dosage
    I will be taking Fenotest and Anagen 4x a day
    1)Breakfast
    2)Lunch
    3)Pre Workout
    4)Post Workout

    AMPed will be taking 30 mins prior to workout followed by Glycergrow and Purple Wraath about 15 mins pre workout.
    Tonight I will post my workout for shoulders can't wait to start this stack

            Mine are killing me today. I did super deep squats, glute-ham raises, pull throughs, and then leg extensions.

                  Thanks man, I am thinking that I should see some nice gains and hopefully some bf lose for an added bonus. Thanks for your log on Anagen it was one of the reason I went with the Anagen in this stack

                    cool; glad to hear ! hopefully it works for you like it did for me. ive seen some people on bb.com didnt get any results from anangen.. but the one guys log he said he added cee+eaa+bcaa + got a Chuck RD diet the last 2 weeks and his actual weights lifted decreased...

                    i called him out, should see if he responded. lol

                      Daily Review
                      OK first workout wasn't to happy overall with the weights but it is expected. This was my first time back in the gym in a little over a week from my vacation in Aruba. So I expected not to be up to par but still had a great workout despite not getting the weights that I wanted. WOW must say the combo or Purple Wraath and AMPED was crazy...... Before I even got to my car to go to the gym I was pyscho pumped and ready to go. Talk about focus and energy. I have taken PW with my last stack and must say with AMPED it is one crazy energy boost. Sweat was crazy before I even started working out I was sweating and I forgot how much I missed the little tingles you get from PW dispite not hitting or increaing my weights I am very happy with todays workout and loved the energy boost. Again it is the first day so not really anything major to report except for increased energy and stamina which taking PW in the past was expected from day one but sure did feel the increase in energy and focus by adding the AMPED, by the way the taste of AMPED very nice, kinda tart but I like that. I am hopeing recovery will be good since I took a week of from the gym so I will post in the morning how my muscles feel.

                        I call bullshit on that even without the anagen a decrease in weights come on, maybe if he was over training and not sleeping to aid in recovery but I highly doubt that was he a newb on the site? Or an annoying troll
