is a low fat diet great for a contest or is normal easier( with carbs )? i tried low carb but is hard with school and all.

A low fat/ high carb approach could work. The most important thing is being in a caloric deficit and enough protein. Choosing the right type of carbs would likely be essential. It would probably still be beneficial in the last 2 weeks or so to reduce your carbs and then carb up to deal with water retention.kane@controlledlabs.com
