    Was pretty easy going for 485 next week

    if I were you, i would take weight off and work on lifting from the legs not the waist...

    in slow mo (how my omp played it) you can see your waist is bent like 90 degree right before your lift it up..

    i think your suposded to be squatted down real tight, and explode up with the weight, ideally not bending your back at all ...

      Im far from an expert and it was hard to tell from the angle but it looked like a SLDL (straight leg)

        I agree, not sure if hte shorts and angle hide it but looks like more lifting with the lower back than legs.

              lotta weight and your a big dude
              but not to be a dick that was bad form

              squat your ass way down , make sure your back remains arched through the whole motion and drive with your legs

              your bum was too high , your back rounded and it was all back

              didnt mean to come off rude if i did just dont want you to hurt your back dude

                My back was actually straight it was just kinda a weird angle it was sitting on the floor from behind me so its going to look like Im higher up than what I actually am, but yea I realize it was kinda a SLDL. Im also only like 195-200 at 6ft about

                    can't really tell what you're doing.. that's a lot of weight. ;D watch the form on the negative down.. seems like you kinda dropped the weight too quick. :|

                      Nope your back was rounded. You need to get that but down and have more arch. I didn't even have to see it twice. Your head wasn't up and your body was almost parallel to the floor. Sorry if you are offended, but your form was off. Strong back though.
