    Alright folks.. stonecoldtruth approved.. i'll be conducting the experiment of no masturbation or sexual intercourse for 7 days. i will be doing this for a month and will log workouts as well as my psychological effects of no masturbation or intercourse. i started saturday so here i go. i'll be posting every day just to keep everyone informed about testosterone levesl and feeling during my workout.

                pre-workout: kinda groggy cause of the humidity... damn fan is making me cold though..

                post workout: feeling good except eating the pizza.. making my stomach make crazy noises..

                post ejaculation: i can hold on.. seriously.. just.. 28 more days..

                prebed; shit.. i'm so tired right now..

                  Could we add an update to the log that tells us how long it has been since last ejaculation? I want to see if the pattern repeats during certain days of the log..
