DDAWG: Just curious what happens when the APT lifting gloves get sweaty ?

My current cheap mesh ones eventually break down after 2-3 months or so

I have no idea, don't use gloves personally. But I would imagine you could wash them. I use 1/16" (?) rubber conveyor belt that has been cut into rectagles for my grips.

Does that help if my main issue is sweaty hands ? That's the only reason I use gloves.

Yes they do as I have the same problem some times. Plus I geel I get a better grip over all. However I really dont use them on pull downs, cables, or thing like that so the gloves may be better.

Bad thing about neoprene gloves (have used) is that they have a wear quickly and the grip is a little squishy.

I think the version I ordered is like 1/2" thick.. these claim to be better than the thin Veleo ones... I dunno but I like this concept. The conveyer belt you use isn't that thick right ? Thickness + anti-sweat =

Wonder what else I could use if / when these wear out.

I've been using Harbinger lifting gloves for the past few years and typically get about 9 months out of a pair. My hands sweat tons, I just wrap the wrist support velcro thing around the straps on my lifting bag so they air dry by the next day when I get to the gym. I would definitely advise against washing any leather/suede grip gloves b/c the washing/drying shrinks the leather.

I've not been impressed with Valeo, I have tried their gloves and they usually tear/rip within 2 weeks.
