  • Glycergrow during workout.

    Im curious because i read you have to take glycergrow and basically sip it with a liter of water, pre workout and through your workout. Can you just take it all at once, or would this be dangerous?

    What are the advantages/disadvantages?

    Great question, and the "popular" method is to take several scoops preworkout. This is effective and convenient.

    However, for even better results I recommend consuming it over a extended period of time / seperate doses.. examples:

    - 2 scoops pre
    - 2 scoops during

    - 1 scoop pre
    - 1 scoop during
    - 1 scoop post

        I mix 3 scoops w/ one of PW pre-workout and drink during the first 2-3 exercises then repeatedly fill the water bottle drinking about a total of a gallon throughout the workout

          Thanks man... just to expand on that above, I'll add some more detail in the updated GlycerGROW FAQ.

          Basically by taking it over a split / extended period of time you are extending / enhancing the cell volumization effects so the scoops don't "peak" all at once... but at different times... does that make sense ?

            fyi my best results were taking it 40 mins before my workout..

              I have had great results with the following dosage...

              1 scoop in mouth 30-40 minutes before working out.
              1 scoop in mouth right before leaving for the gym.
              1 scoop mixed with my xtend sipped throughout workout.
              1 scoop in mouth after workout.

                I usually take 3-4 scoops before I leave to the gym (10 min away). I've tried sipping it during training, but I only like the taste of pure, clean water, so I always take it pre WO.

                BTW, it's working great. I still get sore, but it's not bothering me or anything, and my muscles feel fuller. I like it.

                  Good to hear, I've also been wondering this, I took it all at once my first day, then 3 scoops pre and 1 scoop during, people sure give you funny looks drinking water with tons of white floaties in it. Kinda reminds me of a snowball thing when you shake it

                          Right now I drink about 32 ounces of water 30 minutes pre workout when I take White Blood and Storm. Then 10 minutes before workout, I put one scoop of GG in my mouth and chase it with 16 ounces of water. I then put 2 scoopsof GG in 32 ounces of water with xtend and sip it during workout and when I am out, I refill about 8-12 ounces of plain water. Point of this long boring story is, I drink so much water pre, during and post workout that there aint no way I can down 3 liters of water during my workout.

                              The best results I got were from having 2 scoops about 30 minutes before working out with 32oz of water, then 2 scoops in another 32oz bottle which I'd finish about halfway through my workout and refill with just water to finish by the end of my workout.

                              The thing that always amused me was that I'd be drinking 3/4 of a gallon of water in about a 2 hour peroid of time... I was totally saturated... and about an hour after my workout, I'd start having to pee every 20 minutes for the rest of the day!
