          No offense to Mr. Srnka, but isn't this basically the exact same thing that the Scivation guys are offering up for the Cut Diet? The ideas of controlling insulin levels, the carb/fat refeed, and the Wpi/BCAA cocktail during workout seem oddly familiar, and I was just wondering if you had added anything groudbreaking, since you said you had perfected it.

                I wouldnt know, I havent read that book. if tim comes on you can ask him.

                  No offense to yourself or the Scivation guys who wrote the Cut Diet book here, however I could say the EXACT same thing about the Scivation guys. The ideas about controlled insulin levels, refeeds, and the pre/during/postworkout nutrition have been around for quite some time. No dietary plan or nutritional scheme is going to really be 'new' or 'unique', and I for one applaud Tim for writing that article.

                    I agree that it was a very good article, I had just never seen the ideas presented in the book anywhere else before I read it, so I apologize if my post sounded accusatory in any way.

                      It's all good bro! With the massive amount of dietary and training advice out there it is hard to know the new from old and the bs from solid advice. I give props to Scivation's book because I feel it will help get good advice out to more people, but as a close friend of mine once said.. 'information should be free'..
