what kind of ratios for pro/carb/fat would you guys recommend to gain lean mass?? im pretty sensitive to carbs so i wasnt sure what kind of ratios to use, any help here?

low to moderate carbs, moderate fat (from healthy sources), high protein
carb intake fluxes the most, higher amounts needed during periods of intense training/recovery, lower amounts during periods of fat loss
find what works for you
