I like those broccoli and cheese packs you get in the freezer section. One whole package is 150 calories. Chicken is fine but don't forget about the OTHER white meat....Pork! Its so delicious.
Brown rice is good, really fills you up. Personally I'm a fruit/veggie man..I love the stuff - steamed, sauteed, whatever I'll eat it.
And as mentioned...TUNA, chunk lite in water or whatever..don't even eat it with mayo or anything, just drain it and dig in. Really efficient source of the TEIN.
Another good idea if you get sweet cravings, is to make your own protein bars (real ones are expensive as hell)...there are plenty of recipes you can try, or create your own..its a lot easier with certain flavors of protein, but mixing around is half the fun. Right now I have a green apple protein so I'm experimenting with ways to make like an apple crisp type dessert with protein.
If someone does personally have a "Favorite food" then I don't reccomend them leaving it out of their diet whether they're watching their weight and trying to cut or not. If you limit yourself to things that you will either give up on the diet, or gain the weight right back when you're done and resort back to your old ways. Life is short so reward yourself with a treat every now and then
