    My CL (Green Bulge, Purple Wraath, Glycer Grow) stack just arrived in the mail. What is the best dosing schedule for these three?

    I would take the GB and half dosing of GG 60 minutes pre workout (or all of the GG) and the PW about 10 minutes pre workout and hten the other half of the GG dosing during workout.

      I've done just about every darn dosing method with GG and I've found that, for me, the following works best.

      45 Minutes Pre-Workout - 1 Scoop GG
      Start of Workout - 2 Scoops GG
      Post Workout - 1 Scoop GG

      With that method I felt no drop off in effectiveness and it also timed well with my need for hyperhydration.

            I try to get at least a cup (8 oz) per scoop of GG!

              I wash down the first scoop of GG with 16 ounces of water and then mix the remaining 2 scoops (and xtend) with 32 ounces of water and sip that during my workout.
