Hey, i am going to start a log, but i change my supplements alot so that explains the title. ALso, my workouts have change. For the past 5 months, i haven't done squats or deadlifts. I am now incorperating them into my lifting plan. Since i injuried my shoulder, i dont know how long i cant workout so i have been trying different things to see what ok and whats not.

Leg Press 180x5 270x5 270x5
Single leg Hamstring Curls- 2x5 4x4 4x3
Quad machine- 5x5 6x5 4x4 (legs were shaking from squats)
Deadlift- 95x5 115x5 145x5 145x5
Hammer Pullups- 5 . 5 . 4 . 4
Shrugs DB- 40x8 50x8 50x8
Bench Press Burnout- 45x60 45x56
At the end of my workout TREADMILL at 1.5 incline at 3.0 mph for 2 minutes before my ride picked me up.
Overall, i thought i had a great workout for just incorperating Squats and Deadlifts into my workout.
POSTWORK: AI protein shake with some oats.
