I'm just ending a cut and I want to bring my calories back up from around 2000-2300 to around 3000-3500. How often should I bump it up and by how much?

I would say a couple hundred every 2-3 days so you can adjust. And watch the sodium so you don't confuse bloat with too many carbs/calories.www.AnabolicInnovations.com

1) As Jayhawkk said, 1-200 calories every 3-4 days.
2) Add 500 calories per week, more risk of fat gain at first though.
