So my split basically looks like this:
mon: quads/calfs
tues: chest
wed: back/traps/hams
thurs: off
fri: arms
sat: shoulders
sun: off
do you guys think doing shoulder work the day after arms (triceps) is a bad idea, or counterproductive? any input is appreciated, thanks.
