  • LancerV's CL get jacked log

    Going to make a log since most of what I use is CL product. Excpet for Bulk CEE but might buy some green bulge as CEE taste like ass.

    Im going to stick with Bill Stars Routine for 12, should put my bench around 225 at the end of it.

    Pre Workout:4 Scoops of GlycerGlow, and 2.5g of CEE

    Deadlifts(light):
    135x5
    165x5
    185x5
    205x5
    225x5

    Hack Squats (Light):
    85x5
    125x5
    145x5
    165x5
    185x5

    Bench (Dont laugh)
    45x5
    65x5
    85x5

        Back - 4scoops GlycerGrow Pre Workout and 2.5g Bulk CEE. Ordered some Green Bulge/White Blood also

        Deadlift:

        345x1(This was actually easier than I thought it would be)

        Lateral Row:
        70x8
        120x8
        150x6

        Pulldowns:
        70x8
        90x8
        120x6(These started to mess with my shoulder again)

              Seated Preacher Curls:

              Seated Isolated Curls:
              25x6
              25x6

              V-Bar Pushdowns:
              50x6
              60x6

              CG Bench Press:
              65x6
              85x6

              Calve Raises on Hack Sled
              540x8
              630x8

                So I think Im going to switch to a full body workout 3x a week program. Although I got my GB/WB in so I will be revewing thosse soon

                  So I started my Full Body Routine today and damn it wasnt as brtual as I thought it would be. I also got my GB/WB in and Im liking it so far was pumped as hell when I hit the gym floor today

                  Deadlift:325x6,325x4
                  Lateral Row:180x8,180x8
                  Pulldown:100x8,100x8
                  DB Bench:40x8,45x7
                  Preacher Curls:51x6,51x5
                  Tricep Pushdown:50x8,65x6
                  BB Shoudler Press:65x8,65x8 (Havent done these in 5months)

                          GG Full Dosing Pre?

                          Did you change to that regimen? Or has this been your dosing all along? I've been doing 2 dry shots 30 mins. pre, 1 dry shot immediately pre, and 1 dry shot immediately post, and it's been working very well. However, if there's an added benefit to do a full bore dosing pre, I'm all over it!

                          Hmmmm, I'll just have to try that tomorrow morning, and see for myself!

                              Wanted more size gains in my like my arms and shoulders. I never noticed much as far as size gains in bill starrs routine, strength yes.
