  • Any foods that help get rid of stomach fat??

Don't really know if this is a dumb question or not but just thought I would ask. My diet is pretty good, but I cant get rid of the tiny layer of fat right around my midsection. Just wondering if there is anything I can add into my diet that will target that area. Thanks!!

      eat clean, and do cardio.

that will help reduce overall bodyfat

the only way to reduce a specific sites fat is to use a spot reducer.

I'm a fan of the notion of reducing overall bodyfat, which will get that area of your body to where you are looking for it to be.

You have to remember that some people are genetically predisposed to gain/lose fat in certain areas first/last. It is because of this predisposition that you may have trouble getting rid of that 'stomach fat', but the best way to deal with it is to lower overall bodyfat.

Some people have had success with cortisol blockers and/or topical medications, but being that this is the Fat Loss section I'll go with that route, hehe.
                            Back to the basics!

any spot reduction/fat burner/etc will work best when you use it in conjunction with restricted calories + increased cardio + increased rep weights + CLEAN DIET (which is by far the most difficult)

it starts with those, than the additions make progress quicker and better
