what does everyone like/hitting body parts twice a week?

    Hitting them once a week?

    certain rep range?/set range?

let me know im currently doing a basic 4 day split and its getting boring.

I like an upper/ lower split that hits bodyparts twice per week.

My reps/sets depends upon one another. Low reps/ more sets or higher reps/ less sets.

Total coincidence, but same here. I'll typically do something like:

      Upper + Cardio
      Lower
      OFF
      Upper + cardio
      LOWER
      OFF (cardio optional)
      OFF
      or

      Upper Heavy
      Lower Moderate
      OFF
      Upper Moderate
      LOWER Heavy
      OFF
      OFF

        Mine's is...

upper (focus on back, delts, tri's)
        lower (focus on quads)
        cardio/ conditioning
upper (focus on chest, traps, bi's)
        cardio/ conditioning
        lower (focus on hams, calves)
        cardio/ conditioning

On the days the bodparts aren't the focus I just do one exercise.

Nice... also it's worth noting that IF I didn't have access to "recovery-specific" supplements, I'd probably have a different routine, so to me it's all about the big picture.

the real answer should be: whatever works for you (which should always be changing and evolving with time)

PU...you should sticky your routine since you get so many request. And....how many sets x reps ya do? Same for you Timber.
Do or do not. There is no try!
