Controlled Labs posts warnings against diabetic use of their products as safegrounds for their company (smart move). though i've decided to give OT a try, which i will be ordering tomorrow. the concern in OT is of the r-ALA, which i'm going to test out. currently i take ALA by NOW and it has helped my blood sugars of recent, now i'm going to see what r-ALA can do for me.
A little bit of background:
19 years old (diabetes for 13 years) - my blood sugars have always been high, ALA has helped me to bring it down over the past month (hopefully r-ALA does the same). i've been experiencing some knee joint pain over the past week when i squat, so hopefully OT can also rectify that.
i will let you all know how it goes!
