  • Suggestions on meal replacements?

    I'm looking for a meal replacement bar and a meal replacement shake, any suggestions on ones that arent loaded on sugar but hopefully not too painful to choke down??

      That is an MRP product by True Protein. Otherwise you can take out the fructose and malto in it via the customization. I just like it for the price.

      6.23lb ain't too shabby!

      Another option would be to go with something like Anabolic Innovation's WPI and add your own ground oats/fruits/etc.

        I wouldnt get a WPI for a mrp, oh and lean body makes a really good one also. Also that stuff has soy protein which I would avoid.

            The amount of Soy Protein in that blend isn't going to hurt you, but I would probably customize that out as well. I think WPI or WPC is still ok for an MRP myself.
