    comments welcome

    Currently:
    195 lb.s
    ~20% bf
    measurements coming mid july

Goals: Increase muscle mass while burning fat (the usual)
    some strength gains,
    200 lb.s
    ~ 16 % bf,

    Stack:
    Glycer Grow
    Purple Wraath
    Green Bulge
    White Blood
    Blue Up
    Whey Protein isolate
    L-Carnitine
    Lean Green
    Flax Seed oil
    Fish oil
    one-a-day cholestrol plus multi vit

    considering:
    Black out
    Red Acid
    Sesa GLOW
[let me know if theres something more I should take]

    my thoughts/concerns:
Last bulking cycle i realized i wasn't eating enough to properly build muscle because i was a neb and worried more about keeping my weight down I havent settled on red acid or sesaglow yet because i'm wondering if I should keep them simply as a cutting supplement, or if they might interfere with my muscle building by burning off the calories i'm trying to use for the muscle construction.
Also I dont know if i should combine white blood and black out since the NO is in both.

My routine is still not set in stone but it will be focused more on muscle growth than strength gains.

    Diet:
high protein, lower carbs, lots of vegetables
[ how do you guys calculate nutrition values for different kinds/cuts of beef and what are macros that are mentioned in the logs?

I'm still a new to a lot of this stuff so the help is really appreciated

without numbers it hard to tell if your taking in enough protien/carbs/fat on a daily basis. these guys live by the meal macros from what i have seen in here i am also pretty new to this. so i make my diet really simple
                      6oz chicken (3x a day)
                      1 cup oats 2x aday
1 cup of brown rice 2-3x a day
1 20g protien shake in the am
                      3 44g protien shakes a day
10 egg whites in the am

so i do like 300-320g of protien( this can go up to 380 sometimes)
and around 200-225g of carbs and around 15-20g of fat

granted im not 200lbs but i scaled my diet for the amount of lean body mass i want ( i know i want to be 225 with 200lbs lean body mass which would but me around 10%body fat) i only need to gain about 20lbs of muscle. but like i said i just keep it simple less for me to worry about and i dont expect instant results but i can say that since i started using the CL stuff i have noticed some difference

but then again i am new to all fo this myself and im broke most of the time so this works well for me. the best diet advice i can give you is find what works for you and go with it til it stops working for you then try something else

I'd get your diet squared away before you go spending upwards of $400 on a supp stack.

                          Diet>Training>Supps

I've learned this first hand. Diet owns all
                          + =

                            Weight Loss Vs. Fat Loss!

This is where we get into the crux of the true debate and why the two schools of thought are not actually as far apart from one another as they appear to the untrained eye. What has become abundantly clear from the studies performed and real world evidence is that to lose weight we need to use more calories than we take in (via reducing calorie intake and or increasing exercise), but we now know different diets have different effects on the metabolism, appetite, body composition, and other physiological variables. Thus, this reality has led me to the unified theory of nutrition which states:

"Total calories dictates how much weight a person gains or loses; macro nutrient ratios dictates what a person gains or loses"
This seemingly simple statement allows people to understand the differences between the two schools of thought. For example, studies often find that two groups of people put on the same calorie intakes but very different ratios of carbs, fats, and proteins will lose different amounts of bodyfat and or lean body mass (i.e., muscle, bone, etc.).

Some studies find for example people on a higher protein lower carb diet lose approximately the same amount of weight as another group on a high carb lower protein diet, but the group on the higher protein diet lost more actual fat and less lean body mass (muscle).

ohhhhhhh, i see now. I will try and tabulate up my macros...... but i don't know where i can find the info on stuff like a steak. I like the shoulder steak since its thin, cooks fast and isn't too fatty. any idea where to get these numbers?
