So i just started today, with my Mag, Flood, Red acid, OT and Purpe Wraath
Heres my first thoughts on it today.
Green Mag:
Taste 10/10. Got the sour green apple, and its just amazing.
Mixing - 10/10. Mixed no problem in like 6oz of water, no little specs or anything, pretty impressed.
White Flood:
Taste - 10/10. Pretty sour, but to me thats awsome. Tastes like country time lemonade.
Mixing - 10/10. again, mixed perfect, i think i did like 20oz of water, and sucked it right down.
So today i did legs. probably one of the more high intensity days i do. Took the flood like 15 minutes before the gym, and did half of the mag before i went, and half after. within 5 minutes i felt pumped up to go. the flood gave me amazing energy, and was shocked that it lasted as long as it did (im writing this like 3 hours after going and im still hyped up, but not in a jiterry way). the green mag, i dont see much difference right now. muscles slightly harder than usual. but hopefully ill see those effects by the end of the week. didnt do any acid today, since i got it after i took my last dose of lipo 6. and i used wraath as usual, but ive been on that for over a month now, and i love it.
Leg Workout
Sit down squat - 135x10 150x10 185x6
Leg Press 405x10 495x10 585x8 675x6
Standing Calf raise - 405x15 405x15
Leg Extension - 205x10 115x10 55x7 *did 21's with this last bit*
Leg Curls - 150x10 160x10 170x8
