  • Back on the flood...

    I was introduced to White Flood about a year ago. After playing with more than my fair share of pre-workout supps over the years, and going off of pre workout supps all together while on midnight shift (the po-po) which has come to an end, I've decided to go back to using a pre-workout supp again.
    Happy to be saying White Flood has performed best for me.

    Feb 29th was my first workout session back on the flood.
    Chest only with a bit of cardio:
    Incline cable flyes 25x15, 3 sets.
    Incline bench (DB's) 55's x15, 70's x10, 80's x10, 90's x7(all time high)
    Flat DB flyes: 25's x12, 2 sets
    Flat bench DB's 60's x12, 75's x8, 75's x7, 80's x5(Chest is getting owned by the DB's)
    Decline: 155x10, 205x8, 3 sets
    Cardio: 25 minutes on the bike 65-80%

    I'll keep it updated... heading out for shoulders/tri's

    6'1" 179lbs
    Goal is 185 solid at about 10%bf or less at times.
    Supps are WF and ON 100% Whey

    Shoulders 3/1

    Started with a front raises and lat raises with 15's to get loose.

    Arnold Press: 40's x15, 50's x12, 55's x12, 60's x9, 60's x 10
    Tri pressdown on cable station: 70x15 2sets, 120x10, 130x10, 140x10
    Shoulder width gtrip barbell shoulder press: 135x10, 155x10 2 sets
    Overhead DB tri extension: 80x12, 85x10, 90x6, 85x9 (90 got to me)
    Skulls with EZ bar: 60x12, 70x10, 70x9
    Cable Lat raise: 20x12, 30x10 x 2
    And officially spent.

    I went from tired to in like 10 minutes. Recommended dose of 2 scoops. Just a great product for those looking for a motivation factor.

      Well an update...

      Still taking White Flood.
      Not at my goal weight yet, but strength has gone through the roof.
      brief overview:
      Max Barbell flat bench 315x1 275x5 DB's 110's x5
      Incline: DB's 100's x8
      Incline dumbbell curls 45's x6 working out with 40's X10
      weighted pullups with a plate hanging x9, 7, 5 then a set of body weight pullups....
      theres more but no need to bore you... you get the idea. The shits working so thats about it.
