An hour pre workout I take your glycergrow and white blood . Fantastic combo. The White blood is my main "squeeze" but the Glycergrow adds to it real nicely .
I take them with water . Glycergrow doesnt bother me at all on empty stomach infact works better. My question is I wanted to add some white grape juice to the mix . Instead of just pure water .
Do you feel its better just with water ? Its no big deal if water is the best way to go just felt like adding little bit of carbs .
I imagine if I will find out if its just as good or not with added carbs but thought I would ask .
