      no, they are very diff

      xtend = bcaa product
      purple wraath = eaa product

                Yep! The Xtend flavor is overpowered by the PW flavor obviously, but for recovery you cannot beat Purple Wraath with added BCAAs. If you are looking to save cash over Xtend you could go with Anabolic Innovation's Xcell (same product, cheaper, more flavors) or just some Bulk Leucine.

                  how would you take a GG/ GB/ PW/ WB/ xtend stack

                  GB: 60min pre work out (non traing days take around same time u lift)
                  WB: 60min Pre work out ( non training days before bed)
                  PW:1 scoop pre mixed with GG------1 scoop during mixed with xtend
                  GG: 1 scoop pre mixed with PW --------15min before lift
                  Xtend: 1 scoop during mixed with pw ------1 scoop post


                  would this be smart .... does anyone want to improve this or correct me please .... thanks

                    GG- 1 scoop pre in wraath, 1 scoop during in xtend
                    GB- X caps for bodyweight 30min preworkout
                    PW- 2scoops 38minutes preworkout
                    WB- X caps before bed
                    Xtend- X scoops for bodyweight during workout/post workout

                    added bonus - buy the same flavor substance WPI as your xtend and mix 1-2scoops of that with xtend to drink during workout

                          xtend comes in watermelon and like grape.... not to many proteins out there with those favors....... i prefer 100% whey gold standard choc mint... or cookies n cream
