          i have a tablespoon of lecithin with breakfast
          3 x fish oils 2 times a day
          2 x vaporize a day
          and currently 4 caps of melting point a day......2 x 2

              I'd use only one sesamin product... no sense in two different ones if they're both basically the same. Lecithin is pretty much useless too, unless you're using it to emulsify the insane amounts of liquid EFA supps you're using so you don't shit your brains out all the time. Lastly, you won't need the flax if you're taking enough fish oils.

              Then again, you *like* to stack crazy amounts of shit... I know this because I'm following your TR log on bb.com hehe.

                yeah, i was reading alot of info on all them while i was hungover/working at school last week.. i didnt understand much and only had like 15mins to read so i just made a post.

                i was just wondering if it was a good idea, i prolly cant afford it right now or before i go back to school and become broke for another year.

                ill have to read more when i get free time again. thanks for replies

                and pu12 - im doing low carb , only real carbs i eat are ground steel cuts post workout.. july 1st i want to make my diet basically eggs, tuna, and alot of grilled chicken

                  I would experiment (compare timing) the oats pre / post to see what you like better.

                    I like post, I get enough energy for the workouts from other sources to fuel the exercises and post w/o provides the little insulin impact for all the nutrients to get where they need.

                    I have 3lb of waxy maize starch I will use PWO soon enough, and since avant labs is doing some rediculous sales, i may purchase alot of supercarb to use pre during that time !

                    I dont really kno diet guidelines or names, i just know whats healthy and try to eat as much as that as possible, and more recently ive been working to eliminate carbs during weekdays and on weekends i let myself eat whatever (which is usually the same foods cos im stuck in the routine!)
