    Is it neccesary to change your training split?

    I'v been on the same split for a couple of months, but i change the excercises regularly.

    Mon: Chest
    Tue: Back
    Wed: Rest
    Thur: Shoulders
    Fri: Arms
    Sat: Legs
    Sun: Rest
    Age: 17 Hieght: 5"10ft
    Status: On my 2nd Bulking
    Started: 114lbs
    Maximum Weight: 197lbs
    Currently: 191lbs
    Preparing for 2007 INBA or ANB Mr. Teen Vic/Aust

      actually :P half a year haha.

      i love this 5 day split. i just change the excerises around every 3 - 4 weeks

        You should be pretty good if you are changing up the exercises, but you will wnat to change it up afte a while jsut so you don't get bored with it.

          if it's working for you, and you are seeing increases in weight lifted each week, then no need to change ... maybe wait until you reach a plateau then shift some things around
