I am thinking about taking x-factor during a cut or a recomp. What thoughts do you guys have about x-factor during a recomp? I have looked for logs but can only find bulking logs no cutting or recomp.

Straight up fatloss and weightloss at a optimal rate.

Body recomposition
Fatloss... but not necessarily at a "optimal" rate (highly controversial) with a focus more on maintaining (or even gaining) lean body mass vs. just fatloss. Usually involves supplements or androgens and carb / calorie cycling.

2) It's effective.. I found it extremely effective for lower body strength (as did others, I found out after the fact so no placebo).
3) I have some concerns... the one concern that I can mention is the insomnia related to PGE2. The other concerns I simply don't talk about because it wouldn't be right considering my affiliation.

Thanks for you help PU. I am nearing the end of my cut and I am thinking about moving to a recomp for a couple months and x-factor seems like it would be great for this as it significantly decreases bf and helps add muscle. The one thing that does concern me though is the insomnia. Do you think that USPLabs REM-R3G would help with this? Or would something else be better for this?Last edited by jmdfd415; 06-19-2006, 01:06 PM.
