    Alright, so it just shipped today and i'm waiting for the arrival of some awesome products..
    i'm going to be taking many pills haha well.. whatever it takes to get you want.. the legal way.

    Current stack:
    GB / WB / PW / ALCAR / Caffeine / Optimum Amino 2200 / GNC ultra mega gold without iron / ON 100% Whey Gold Standard / Milk Thistle

        well.. let me get my current split.. i ain't that strong yet.. but i'm in my bulking phase. i've been "actual" bodybuilding for 8 months now (supplementation and such) and fucking around for the past 3 years. so this is my current split for bulk.


        Sunday: Shoulders
        1. side lateral raises: 15lbs (1 warmup) (15reps)
        35lbs (4 working sets) (6-8reps)
        2. Military Press (Behind the head): 65lbs (1 warmup) (15 reps)
        205lbs (4 working sets) (6-8reps)
        3. Sitting Rear Deltoid pull (Machine): 90lbs (1 warmup) (15 reps)
        205lbs (4 working sets) (6-8reps)
        5. Rear Deltoid Cable pulleys (use the cable crossover handle and put
        it on the bottom catamaran "ONE ARM AT A TIME" "STAND UP STRAIGHT BEND
        OVER TILL YOUR BODY IS PARALLEL TO GROUND THEN PULL AWAY FROM BODY"):
        75lbs (4 working sets) (6-8 reps)

        Monday: Rest

        Tuesday: Chest
        1. Flat bench press: 95lbs (1 warmup) (15 reps)
        295lbs (4 working sets) (6-7 reps)
        2. Incline bench press: 245 (4 working sets) (6-8 reps)
        3. Decline bench press: 245 (4 working sets) (6-8 reps)
        4. incline dumbbell flies: 55lbs(each side) (4 working sets) (8-10 reps)

        1. Freeweight Squat: 135lbs (1 warmup) (15-20 reps)

            howzit brudda?? Where you from in Hawaii? I've lived in Kapolei, Oahu since Dec 2001, but I've been in Iraq for the last 8 months. I can't wait to come back in September though!!! You sound like one strong SOB! Where you lift at?

                  I hear that! That's why I can't wait to get back. No apple bottoms in the desert I only have a few months left so I'll probably be staying in Waikiki the whole time! Good luck w/the stack.

                          behind the head is the way to go, sometimes they hurt though, you need to stretch well before attempting

                            definately.. i just twist my back and do shoulder blade stretches. pulling one arm directly toward your other arm over your head in a supplementary angle. behind the head also works the traps. ;P
