What do you guys think about pre-packaged chicken products that are put out by companies like Tyson? I rarely ever eat it but I do every now and then when I am pressed for time. I know there is sodium in packaged foods like that but how bad is it for you? You still get the protein benefit of it.....right?

it's good to go bro... i eat them all the time when I was bulking.. But now i limit my sodium intake, so I use my condiments in my foods. -
Watch out for sodium and additives, but htey are pretty good all in all. Also make sure they are not pieced to gether patties (nasty).Comment

yea the cost is the killer about the pre packaged chicken. I have come to he conclusion that its chicken and a barbeque for me. Little lemon pepper seasoning and im good to go.Comment
