  • Time to get Nasty with PW, GB, GG, OT Log

    Before I begin my first log of all time, let me tell you about myself. I am a college student at the University of Illinois -champaign, urbana. I used to wrestle for the University, but lost interest and hated cutting weight. I've been the small guy all my life, but it's time to change things up a bit. Now, I'm into bodybuilding and building my body up to the biggest it can be naturally.

    I've been lifting hard for a year now and my ultimate goal is to win/place top 3next July at the Collegiate Nationals. Since I've started using Controlled Labs I've seen great results and love the feedback here and on bodybuilding.com. Hopefully, you guys follow me on my journey to transforming my body into a NASTY man.

    The supps I will be using are:
    Glycer Grow - 2 scoops in yogurt pre, 1 scoop during
    Purple Wraath - 2 scoops pre/during
    Green Bulge - 5 capsuls pre
    Orange Triad - 3 morning, 3 night
    Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass morning/post

        Day 1
        August 1st, 2007
        Today was a good workout. Workouts are usually intense and sometimes contain a lot of supersets because I hate to sit still or rest for more than 10 seconds. Anyway, today was Back and Biceps.

        Deadlifts - 1x10 (40kg + bar), 1x6 (60 kg + bar), 1x4 (80kg + bar)
        Low Pulley Rows - 3x12 - 150
        Alternate DB Curls - 1x10 (40s), 1x6 (45s), 1x3 (50s)
        Bent Over Flyes - 3x10 - 15
        Preacher Curls - 2x10 (30), 1x6 (35)/BB Curls with just bar for drop sets
        1 arm cable curls - 4x10 (30)
        Reverse BB Curls w/ just bar
        Forearm Curls 2x10 (25s)

        I took the Green Bulge pre-workout, but wasn't able to grab anything else to take. I've been taking the GlycerGrow for a few weeks and I'm as vascular as ever - it's amazing. Tomorrow is Chest/Triceps/Shoulders. Stay tuned and hopefully Pu can make me a cool design (like Batman).

              Sorry I haven't posted in a while guys. We are remodeling my grandparents kitchen plus I got work so I'm barely making it to the gym. I'm getting enough heavy lifting in carrying buckets of dry wall and plaster plus 2x4's as well as wielding a sledge hammer. Call me Thor if you will. Anyway, this Monday will be back to business and logging everything. Pictures are up that I took in early July - now how about that cool design Pu.

              Something like Nasty Nally's OT/GG/GB/PW Log in front of a Batman symbol....I can only dream.
