  • Girl Power Transformation *sarahalyse*

Hi everyone, I'm Sarah. I'm looking to continue making big changes with my body over the next 3 months. (and then after of course) Little bit about myself I'm a civil engineer working for a heavy civil construction company (we build roads and bridges), I love animals, the outdoors and my wonderful fiance!

I've always loved working out but got a bit lazy in college. My fiance and I both got a bit out of shape so in Jan. 07 we started working out and eating right and now well the rest is history. I want to look super hot for my wedding and be in incredible shape for our Costa Rican honeymoon (Feb 08)

My Stats: (taken today at 6:30pm)
    Height - 5'3"
    Weight - 137 lbs
Bodyfat: 22.5% scale says 24 and calipers say 21 so...22.5% avg
    Bust - 37"
    Chest - 32"
    Waist - 28.5"
    @ Belly button - 32"
    Hips - 34" (around butt 37")
    Right & Left Thigh - 22"
    Right & Left Calf - 13.5"
    Left Bicep - 11" relaxed / 11.75" flexed
    Right Bicep - 11.25" relaxed / 12" flexed

    3 month Goals -
    1. Lose more body fat!
    2. Gain strength.
    3. Eat clean.

    Ultimate Goal -
Get ripped and forever have a healthy lifestyle.

    Supplements:
    *ON 100% Whey
    *Fish Oil
*CL Red Acid Gen 2 (waiting on these to come in the mail - will post pics)
*CL Green MAGnitude (not yet but soon - will update)
    *Mulit-vitamin

    Food -
I'm finishing off last few days of Keto (last day Saturday)
I'll be eating clean, cycling carbs, drinking around 2 gal of water and getting approx 1800 calories per day.

    Workouts -
Haven't put together a routine yet but it will be 5-6 days of lifting and 5-6 days of cardio.

My midsection is my struggle. Since Jan 07, I've lost 4" around the belly and hope to keep on trucking.

    Pictures -

    Best of luck to everyone!

                  morning cardio
                  20 minutes on treadmill
                  1.17 miles & 172 cal burned.

tonight is either shoulders & legs or triceps & chest.

we'll see how my legs feel. they've been having a dull pain for the last 4 days or so and it's going away but not fully gone yet.

A dull pain like muscle soreness or a bad pain?

                    You're going to do great

it's like a dull pain as in muscle soreness. on a scale of 1-10 (10 being OUCH) I would say it's around a 1-2 but it's just been on going. i mean i've had muscle aches but not like this before. it's just kind of weird. i'm not too worried. just going easy on the legs till they are better.
