    Hello everybody!

    I have a question about when the best time to take my red acid would be. Most days I eat breakfast @ 8 am and hit the gym by about 10am. Should I take the first serving before breakfast or before my workout? What time for the second?

    before breakfaste. second serving before lunch. this way you get the most our of the appetite suppresant.

        I personally would take it in between breakfast and the workout for the preworkout energy boost as well as the focus/endurance effects from the nootropics.

        So eat at 8, RA at 9:15, Gym at 10.

        I've done just about EVERY RA timing scenario in existence and ALL of them work well, so in reality before, with, or after breakfast is fine.

            Thanks Tank, that means a lot to me

            They don't call me the Red Acid Addict for nothing.

            I've even done bedtime Red Acid.. but I don't recommend it.. IF you CAN manage to sleep for some reason it makes for some bad dreams.. muwhahaha.

              Thanks for the help. First day on red acid and had a very good workout. Lots of energy but felt a bit wired all day. The appetite suppressant definately works, maybe a bit too well! I am a little worried I may lose more muscle than I want to because I didnt feel like eating anything today & forced what I could eat because I know I need to.

              Does this change after being on it for a while?

                Honestly I'm never really hungry when on RA. However, if you have a good food intake schedule and know when to eat (not basing it on hunger, but more every 2-3 hours) it is probably the most vital benefit from RA.

                So in other words, I still get extreme Appetite Supression from RA.

                  should try using a sleep aide + red acid, see if that changes it..
