    i get hungury like an hour before bed.....im cutting down to 210 from 230.....but what can i do to take the hunger away

      Cottage cheese. If you like it, it will fill you up. If you don't, you can gag it down and lose your appetite.

        That is my fav pre bed meal. Add some splenda to it if ya need to sweeten it up. I know sounds bad but taste so good and down it with lg. amounts of h2o.

          Cottage cheese and abit of fruit (berries or pineapple) before bed for me. I find I need some carbs before I go to bed or I don't sleep as well.
