  • How much protein can the body absorb in one meal?

For breakfast (and usually lunch too) I'll eat a chicken breast (20-30g protein) and a serving of cookies n' creme Muscle Milk (32g pro). So thats usually about 55g protein per meal. Is that too much for a 5'10" 190lb body to absorb?

I been workin 10hr shifts here lately, and it's a very conveniant meal for me. Plus Cookies and Creme MM is great for washing down fucking Dog Food flavored Animal Pak pills

55g per meal X how many meals = total protein for the day

If you're 190, I wouldn't be pushing much past 2g/lb body weight, but on 6 meals you look close to that amount (about 1.7g/lb), so you should be good to go.

          (55x6=330g/day for those who care).

            Whoops...

            8-9 meals x 50g per meal = 400-450g
