  • I want to become serious about this, what do you think?

I just spent a year cutting from about 255 pounds to 195 pounds now.
I know that I need to improve everywhere, but what do you think?

    props to a 60lbs cut..

when you say "improve everywhere", it sounds like you already have short-/long-term goals in mind .... what are they?

Basically to have the most balanced body that I am able to...
And to lift like Mr. Aries, DDawg, and maybe even PU... :-)

      Haha, now what about TANK!?!

I am a college baseball player so lower body/abdominal is important...
But I want to have a solid chest and neck... Bi's/tri's as well, I guess.

      Pretty much everything!
