  • use of bands for DE bench

    would u guys say its a good idea for me to get a pair of mini bands?

    my max is 245 and ive been training for a year and a half.

    should i wait and get a stronger bench, or just get em?

      i wouldnt call myself a powerlifter, but i do incorporate powerlifting to my routine

      i just figured using bands would be a good way to jump my bench, it really hasnt moved for a good 6 months

        Bands on DE helps with speed strength, your problem may be in other areas such as triceps, lats, legs, or just a stale workout. Besides just not putting up more weight is there any other problems you are seeing?

          actually, strength is going really well right now

          my close grip and incline bench have shot up quite a bit

          so i shouldnt get bands?

          i do DE bench on thursdays
