  • Back in the saddle

Well my holiday holiday is officially over. Starting back to the gym this week. Keeping poundage low and breaking in the joints. And going through the usual initial soreness and cheesy workouts. Starting weight is 260. Mostly water gain from all the crap I've been ingesting over the past 1 1/2 months. Officially off of Dr Pepper. No more Coke's and etc. Cleaning up the diet slowly until the 1st week of February. Starting on 2/06/07, Tuesday after the Super Bowl and UFC 67, I will start a low carb diet with recarbing every 10-14 days. 2 days of recarb and 2 weeks of low carb. Feels good to be back in the swing of things. Mental focus is getting better along with stamina. I must admit the elliptical runner is really kicking my arce and the leg pump really suxs but that is the price one must pay for engorging one's self. Later!
Do or do not. There is no try!
