hey i was wondering if neone could help me real quick..nutraplanet is sellin 100gram containers of decreatine malate but it doesnt tell u to measure it out to use it...ne one have ne ideas? thnx

scale is your best bet for the 5gm serving or mabey a teaspoon.
Im actully thinking about getting the bulk dicreatine malate over GM and stacking it with PW however i really love the taste of GM and the PW/GM combo at bb.com is pretty sweet so idk. -
