Would replace the white bread. Empty calories. You're cutting down, so I'd go wheat or rye even. That and bump up cardio. How heavy are you lifting as well? Also, how's the pan c a k e s?

The pan**** are pretty good... You may have to add a little Splenda/Surclose to them... but its a good base pan**** to try different things with*

I will post my workout later but I'm not lifting very heavy ....

Personally, I would straight up CUT... especially since it's your first show... you will need extra time to experiment with manipulating electrolytes and carbs to "peak" at the right time etc..

but I bet Aries, Ddawg and others would have some good input.

you have a lot of size but it is fairly hard to see the quality of your physique with that much adipose tissue right now..

It would be prudent to start a cutting phase imediately.. Lose some fat while continuing your heavy weight training.. It would be easier to help you if you take a month to focus on dieting first...

I will get my diet in check.. I kinda let myself go a little too far over the last two weeks..

I will continue to lift heavy...

any extra advice would be greatly appreciated

How often are you doing cardio ?

A good fat burner such as RAGen2, plus PW to preserve muscle. My main thing would be to cut down hard for the first 1.5-2 months, then cut at a normal rate for the remainder of the time to contest.

If you come across the mini book "GAME OVER" by the Primaforce crew (it should be for sale somewhere), it's about preparing for a show. Has alot of good info.

Focus on cardio right now, and lifting heavy. Take some time to check your supplements, or ask the reps for help if you don't have it down yet. Your diet looks pretty good. Some other ideas.

                              green tea (extract)
a cheap, healthy product to help oxidize fat cells.

                              camphibolic
product for night time fat loss. good to take before bed to help.
