    Da Main Man's Intimidation Tactics 101

    Intimidation : Threatening behaviours are supposed to be a maladaptive outgrowth of normal competitive urge for interrelational dominance generally seen in animals. In case of human beings, threatening behaviours may be more completely modulated by social forces, or may be more mercilessly plotted by individual egotism.

    Mission

    This log is all about Power & Size

    Currently Employed in my States Largest Casinos' Security Force and my not-so crash hot of late appearence has made me feel a little intimidated, time to reverse this. a secondary goal is to get myself off caffeine all together, i love it when it works, i hate it when it doesnt, i dont beleive a healthy body should need caffeine to get the simplist things done, so we shall see how the mind crippling headaches from withdrawal go.

    Please Note: im not trying to be a hard ass, but drunk indiginous people who hate white people can make things very difficult when all you really have at your disposal is Verbal Judo and 4 Pussy assed arm locks - as per state legislation. have you ever lost a $50.00 note and remembered how mad you got? try losing your life savings? your childs college money? your sanity for the thrill of winning.

    i generally have 3 phases when it comes to my training.

    Phase 1 - usually only for 4-6 weeks a year consisting of bodyweight only excersizes lots of rounds of boxing and extreme plyometrics.

    Phase 2 - this is my "getting back into it" phase where i reintroduce moderate weights at high volume.

    Phase 3 - my all out Bulk Power Phase, my most fun, yet my most dangerous in terms of fat accumulation. Heavy Weights Lower Reps/Sets

    The Routine

    I will be working on a 4 off 3 on timeline, which i dont beleive is optimal however my roster dictates my time allowance which is generally 4 x 12 hour night shifts followed by 3 recovery days, at which times im gonna blast the gym hard.

    Day 1 -
    Weight Training:
    Chest & Tri's
    Cardio:
    10 x 3 Mins of boxing (bas rutten style training) Followed by Plyometrics

    Day 2:
    Weight Training:
    Back & Bi's
    Cardio:
    10 x 3 Mins of kickboxing (bas rutten style training) Followed by Plyometrics

    Day 3:
    Weight Training:
    Shoulders & Legs
    Cardio:
    10 x 3 Mins Of Bag Work Followed By Medicine Ball Training


    Stats

    Height: 181cm (approx 5'11)
    Weight: 100kg (aprrox 220lbs)
    Bodyfat % (around 12-14%)
    Training Experience: Weightlifting for over 10 years, dedicated to a point for the last 3-4. Boxing for many years since i finished High School in 1999. grappling experince with an expired/dead MMA/Combat Grappling Gym. have a bad habit of not setting goals for myself, however i have a career in which i need to be in shape so this should give me the drive i need.

    Nagging Injuries-
    I Have always had a pretty crook back, and generally stretching combined with heat pads helps, hopefully the cissus may help with the pain slightly.

    Recently Broken hand has slowed me down considerably.

    other than that my ill state of mind can play havoc on my workout ethic and general lifestyle, this is under control at the moment but its not always consistent.

    Medication:
    im currently taking Oxolone/Eutrxzig to combat Hypothyroid disorder

    previous bout of Zoloft to combat depression - which had/still has horrible side effects. low sex drive,low energy, i feel like im a different person, i see home movies of back when i was in high school, i had fun, i had energy, now i feel almost zombie like, my temper runs hot and cold (not my temperature) i can get angry of the simplist things which i find comical, after the nasty fit of rage which my punching bag feels the full force.


    Diet

    diet is the place where i tend to fall down the most. i will take note of what i eat each day and log it, but i really dont have the patience to log exact calories.

    My General Weekly Shopping List.

    2 x 1.2KG boxes of rolled oats
    2 x 600gm packs of shredded wheat.
    2 x loaves of dark rye bread
    1 x tub natural peanut butter
    1 x jar of home brand jam
    3 x 6 packs of wholemeal/multigrain muffins
    12 x 2L Long Life Skim Milk
    2 x bags of frozen brocolli
    1 x large beef roast - uncooked
    1 x medium bag of yellow potatoes
    1 x medium bag of sweet potatoes
    3 x 400 grams packs of premium mince
    3 x packs of wholemeal spagetti/pasta
    3 x 1kg packs of chicken breasts
    1 x 1kg brown rice
    2 x 1.2kg low fat yogurt
    3 x pasta sauce premix
    3 x curry sauce premix
    3 x whole meal garlic bread loaves - yes they exist and they suck :P
    3 x 6 countpacks of 2% Fat beef sausages
    1 x 6 pack of low fat hot dogs
    1 x 6 pack white rolls (i mean ya gotta have some kind of treat dont ya)

      im not sure when my first workout will be, i have to work xmas eve/day and boxing day, the 27th should be when i start. i also have to work new years eve eve, NYE, new years day and the 2nd. so im gonna be wiped, but i think i have 3 days between xmas and nye to get started.

      ive done a few logs, and i kinda got bored and lost interest half way through, however that was on bb.com. CL.com is a lot more freindly and supportive and i really dont think i'll be questioned for every decision made and asked for hole proof scietific anecdote about every feeling i have, so this should be far more enjoyable for me.

                Today was the day i was supposed to get my order from NP but due to the christmas break it has been delayed in customs....NOT HAPPY so i didnt get a chance to try the supplements i wnted to log, hopefully tomorrow. i also decided to order a few extra things, Bulk Beta-Alinine and some Yellow Neuphoria - maybe this well help me enjoy work that little bit extra

                Overall Thoughts:

                Very weak workout today, was pressed for time, and really wasnt in a zone so to speak. weights felt very heavy, guess thats the price you pay for going to bodyweight workouts for a few weeks. my hand really started playing up, almost like it was full of hardened concrete, the pain was unbearable.

                i was only awake for a few hours today, as the chrstmas rush at work kept me there for extended hours and i just kept falling asleep so i didnt bother cooking and just ate what was readily available in the fridge.

                tomorrow should be the start of something special, at least for me

                  Overall Thoughts:

                  after a million different powders and trying not to hurl i felt ready for a good workout, bench started well, but by the time
                  i got to close grip benches felt a caffeine burnout, sorta like i was over heating, and getting breathless. im assuming it
                  was from the no3 overload. i lost all my energy and shortened my workout. cardio/boxing sucked ass, just coudnt get in the
                  zone, very dissapointing

                  quick review of each supplement.

                  Purple Wraath - this will be my 3rd container of this little gem, but my first in a good few months, my first 2 were the
                  original formulae and i was assuming this was the new version, tasted exactly the same, but the colouring was a much deeper purple. i didnt get the beta-alanine tingles - i did most time with previous version, but i'll be adding extra when it
                  arrives. the taste is as good as the original- no complaints from me.

                  green magnitude - well this is awesome, tasted great - nuff said. shall wait for the results.

                  Powerfull & Cissus - i dunno what i was expecting but the clumpy brown cissus and fine powdered brown powerfull were not it. i mixed them together (3 grams cissus and 1.6 grams powerfull) and got this brown liquid that smelt like ass, and tasted like death. about 45 mins aftermy first dosage i got a nice calm feeling with a good dose of Euphoria - very close to the 1st time i had stim x - the stimulation, i like it very much - shall see how it goes in terms of anabolic/sleep/joint releif effects

                  cmi overload - 6 huge pills - same size as nitrix. seem to be loaded with caffiene. i never had a good reaction with arginine
                  based products- they just done seem to work as everyone seems to say in regards to "pump". not overly impressed, but nice of NP to throw in 3 samples, props to Nutraplanet

                    After a pretty weird night of sleep, constant flash wakeups, tossing and turning. i felt completly rested upon final waking.
                    no soreness to speak of and none of the cloudyness i usually have in the morning. im not sure if its due to the cissus
                    as i heard this takes a few weeks to kick in, either way i feel rested even though the quality of sleep was sub-par.

                    damn this hand, i could only manage light curls and 1 set of shrugs before my hand just went numb. i felt strong
                    and my energy was awesome. focus really wasnt there. this damn hand is tarting to piss me off big time but i dont want to push it too hard, i want it to heal

                      hand is starting to improve, at abut 70% now, looking forward to hitting the heavier weights.
                      changed up routine slightly by performing cardio/weights st seperate timea with 1 x scoop PW for each, getting the BA tingles yay!

                      on empty stomache (for boxing first thing) red acid is giving me and buzz or anything, but it gets the sweat going nicely.

                        Mailman came today with a few presents.

                        300gm of Beta alanine
                        1 x bottle of Yellow Neuphoria
                        1 x bottle of Thermal rage - for the g/f
                        1 x bottle of Stimx - for the g/f
                        these bottle of stim x is larger then previous bottles and the caps are now red. the formula seems to have changed a bot too.....weird.

                        anyways just popped 2 caps of YN shall see how it goes

                        EDIT: this is like 17 mins later, i have a cloudy almost sureal feeling, i really cant be bothered doing anything to be honest, but i feel happy and chilled out. i like this stuff. i feel so calm and quiet, almost like im reading a book to myself, but whispering out loud as i type this. pure ectasy bliss. for some reason i feel like something "minty"

                          as statedin previous post i received my beta alanine and my YN.
                          the YN was fabulous (ghey?) for a good 30 mins, then it went away and left me with the "i just been out drinking
                          now im at home ready to go to bed" feeling. i am going to add 2 grams of beta alanine to my PW so i will be getting at least 4 grams daily + the purple wrath amount which i assume to be 800mg per serve (~1.6grams going by the 2 scoop recommendation) im getting the tingles almost instantly with the NP beta alanine )(2 grams morn, 2 grams night + PW dosage)

                              I think the PowerFULL should help with recovery as well... but Aries / John spoke VERY highly of their product called "Symmetry".

                              For the nEuphoria, try taking a split dosage... like 1-1-1 ... with the first or 2nd capsule being a precardio or preworkout dose.
