Intimidation : Threatening behaviours are supposed to be a maladaptive outgrowth of normal competitive urge for interrelational dominance generally seen in animals. In case of human beings, threatening behaviours may be more completely modulated by social forces, or may be more mercilessly plotted by individual egotism.
Mission
This log is all about Power & Size
Currently Employed in my States Largest Casinos' Security Force and my not-so crash hot of late appearence has made me feel a little intimidated, time to reverse this. a secondary goal is to get myself off caffeine all together, i love it when it works, i hate it when it doesnt, i dont beleive a healthy body should need caffeine to get the simplist things done, so we shall see how the mind crippling headaches from withdrawal go.
Please Note: im not trying to be a hard ass, but drunk indiginous people who hate white people can make things very difficult when all you really have at your disposal is Verbal Judo and 4 Pussy assed arm locks - as per state legislation. have you ever lost a $50.00 note and remembered how mad you got? try losing your life savings? your childs college money? your sanity for the thrill of winning.
i generally have 3 phases when it comes to my training.
Phase 1 - usually only for 4-6 weeks a year consisting of bodyweight only excersizes lots of rounds of boxing and extreme plyometrics.
Phase 2 - this is my "getting back into it" phase where i reintroduce moderate weights at high volume.
Phase 3 - my all out Bulk Power Phase, my most fun, yet my most dangerous in terms of fat accumulation. Heavy Weights Lower Reps/Sets

The Routine
I will be working on a 4 off 3 on timeline, which i dont beleive is optimal however my roster dictates my time allowance which is generally 4 x 12 hour night shifts followed by 3 recovery days, at which times im gonna blast the gym hard.
Day 1 -

Cardio:
10 x 3 Mins of boxing (bas rutten style training) Followed by Plyometrics

Back & Bi's
Cardio:
10 x 3 Mins of kickboxing (bas rutten style training) Followed by Plyometrics
Day 3:

Shoulders & Legs
Cardio:
10 x 3 Mins Of Bag Work Followed By Medicine Ball Training

Height: 181cm (approx 5'11)
Weight: 100kg (aprrox 220lbs)
Bodyfat % (around 12-14%)
Training Experience: Weightlifting for over 10 years, dedicated to a point for the last 3-4. Boxing for many years since i finished High School in 1999. grappling experince with an expired/dead MMA/Combat Grappling Gym. have a bad habit of not setting goals for myself, however i have a career in which i need to be in shape so this should give me the drive i need.
Nagging Injuries-
I Have always had a pretty crook back, and generally stretching combined with heat pads helps, hopefully the cissus may help with the pain slightly.
Recently Broken hand has slowed me down considerably.
other than that my ill state of mind can play havoc on my workout ethic and general lifestyle, this is under control at the moment but its not always consistent.
Medication:
im currently taking Oxolone/Eutrxzig to combat Hypothyroid disorder
previous bout of Zoloft to combat depression - which had/still has horrible side effects. low sex drive,low energy, i feel like im a different person, i see home movies of back when i was in high school, i had fun, i had energy, now i feel almost zombie like, my temper runs hot and cold (not my temperature) i can get angry of the simplist things which i find comical, after the nasty fit of rage which my punching bag feels the full force.
Diet
diet is the place where i tend to fall down the most. i will take note of what i eat each day and log it, but i really dont have the patience to log exact calories.

2 x 1.2KG boxes of rolled oats
2 x 600gm packs of shredded wheat.
2 x loaves of dark rye bread
