Anyone tried this? Looks like a good pre-workout booster. Not sure how this would compare to PW/GM so any thoughts would be appreciated.

Do not exceed 1/2 serving pre-workout the first time you use this product. Consume 1/2 to 1 serving 30-60 minutes before workout. Mix 1/2 serving with 8-10oz of water.
