Alright guys, in this segment I'm going to be posting my videos from the time period of


12-01-06 to 2-01-07.



I'm the controlled labs sponsored athlete and you guys can see me not only on this site but also in the pages of FLEX and Muscular Development.

By the way John, I was told the other day that my gym "hosts" all the athletes workouts that week, so you'll have to come check it out. I guess the woMAN that won Mrs. Olympia last year/this year was all over one of the guys that works there, I guess he's afraid of all black women now.
