    I've been putting up more sets with the weights i used to currently lift

    I mix one scoop of Glycergrow in a 32oz bottle with Greenmagnitude
    and take 3 Whitebloods at the same time.
    and wait bout 35mins

    and i sip water after each set

    For biceps my weight was increased
    I did 7 sets of 6 with
    20,30,40,50,60,70,80lb BB curls to get the blood flowing
    then 4 sets of 4 with 90lbs
    2 sets of 4 with straight bar, and 2 sets of 4 with EZ
    Then i did 90lbs preacher plated curls
    2 sets of 4 assisted (This is to help my elbow)
    Then 45lbs with both hands 4 sets of 4-6

    then Cable curls with bar
    4 sets of 8 with 90lbs



    With the WB,GG,GM i felt real at ease even right after the WO
    now today im stacking all those 3, with BU

    My Protein shake after i workout is Dymatize Elite Whey.

      EZ-BB curls
      12 reps with 20lbs for WU
      50lbs 4 sets of 12, strict form
      Elbows not bent.
      straight back.
      slow up and slow down

      Cable curls facing away
      30lbs 10reps WU
      4 sets of 10 with 50lbs
      same strict form

      Concentration curls
      25lbs with 4 sets of 12
      very strict here..


      Triceps

      Tricep pushdowns
      with lat pulldown machine
      40lbs with 10reps
      then 50lbs with 4 sets of 10
      almost wide grip, stict form.

      triceps
      Bent forward presses
      50lbs WU 12reps
      then 4 sets of 12 with 100lbs
      strict.

        BACK-
        Low pulley row with Straight bar
        WU with 90lbs 12reps
        Working sets
        4 sets of 12 with 150lbs
        best form ive ever done with this

        Behind neck lat pulldowns
        slow reps for all
        WU 30lbs 10reps
        Working sets
        4 sets of 10 with 60lbs
        strict form.

        One handed machine rows
        WU with 20lbs 12 reps
        Working sets
        4 sets of 12 with 50lbs hold at end for 2 seconds
        and negative on all reps

        ABS-

        Standing ab rope crunch (with bar, someone was using the rope)
        WU with 50lbs 10reps
        Working sets 4 sets of 10 with 150lbs
        I did all neg reps, after the third set my lower abs started to feel weird

        kneeling ab rope crunch
        WU with 100lbs 12reps
        Working sets 4 sets of 12 with 200lbs
        At the end of each rep the rope is on my sides
        and i push inward, and slowly let up


        Shoulders-..

        DB front raises High
        WU 10lbs 10reps each arm
        Working sets 4 sets of 10 20lbs each arm
        on this one i did slow down, and medium slow up etc kinda nega...

        one handed machine press
        WU 10lbs 12reps each arm
        Working sets 30lbs 4 sets of 12

        after workout
        scoop and half of Dymatize Elite Whey
        Ion-exchanged protein.

            Used to..
            but i like plain wide grip
            But i actually might switch to narrow...V-bar
            gotta wait about a week
            need to change my routine each month..

              Chest press on setting 2 (handles passed chest area)
              70lb WU with 12 reps
              working sets
              100,130,150lbs (pause and end of each rep, and beginning)

              One handed chest press on precor
              30lbs WU 10reps per arm
              working sets
              60,60,60 ( same as chest press)

              Cable Xs
              WU with 20lbs 12 reps
              working sets
              40,40,40

              Legs

              Leg extenions
              WU with 50lbs 10reps
              Working sets
              120,120,120 (slow up and slow down, real good pump)

              Leg press
              WU with 180 12 reps
              Woking sets
              280,380,480lbs (wide upper foot position, deep reps)
