    Sorry ehehe either its too late for me 4:35am or im a blind bishyaler! :P

    Is there a set rule of doing weights in the morning then doing cardio?

    like waiting an hr then hitting the rowing machine and bikes?

    Usually best to hit the cardio in the AM. First thing that is. However, I usually do my weight training first then followed immediately by cardio see

      Either split is lice Ice said or do cardio afterwards, that way you have full energy and strength for weight training.

              Not that I am an expert but i would say wait as long as you can, and be careful, cuz overtraining is a definite possibility.

                  If you don't have time to do cardio in the AM, is it ok do to it in the evening like after work?

                    Yep, that's fine. It may even help you sleep better if you do cardio before bed (as long as you don't take stimulants). It may also stimulate your appetite though, so just be prepared.

                      I usually will hit about 10-15 minutes cardio before my weights and walk for like 5 minutes following so I get a bit of a cool down and let the blood not just settle into my legs going from weights to sitting in my car till I get home.

                          yep ... all energy focused towards weights, then cardio afterwards with whatever is left in the tank (@ moderate intensity)
