Nope, but it will level off. Actually it has already begun in my area. But don't lose faith, foreclosures are about to BOOM! with all of these people overextending themselves with these inflated prices. For the love of God, live within your means.

I am about to add on to my house. I can add another 800 sq ft for around $50k or sell & fork out $300k on a house the size mine will be post-addition. It wasn't a difficult decision.

I know the job market in Columbus for builders is tough to break into. Lot of articles around here saying they are losing money fast, 2 of them are fourtune 500 companies. But this area is white suburbia hell, and I'm not sure if I like it

As for the housing market, I think it will level off. Everything levels off with time, just like stocks. Sure it might fall off, but it'll come back up eventually. Just have to buy at the right time

Builders around here have flooded the market with new construction which is killing the resale market which should knock the bottom out of it

Its going to be like Houston in the 90's, but the only thing is the bankruptcy laws have changed so there are going to be alot of pepople screwed over.

Prices in London are just getting ridiculous. I just did a search and a 2 bed flat in my area (which is zone 3; there are 5 zones in London, zone 1 being very central London and zone 5 being on the outskirts) comes to £200 per week (~$380).
